Welcome From The Maser's

Joe was known for his friendliness, hospitality and wild stories. Today you might find much of the same. From Joe’s day to today, it is a place where families come together to get away. All summer our cabins are filled with guests from all over the US as well as international travelers. One of our favorite things about the summer is our weekly potluck where we all share an outdoor meal. We invite you to visit our photo gallery to get a sense of our place.

Our Jamboree group has been meeting here the last 4 years. Carl and Mona have always surprised our group with some feature for the theme weekend. This year they had a walk the plank with a dunk tank for our pirate theme. It's a great place for reunions.

This is a great place to come and relax with no phones, internet or tv. Beautiful camp, great hiking trails. Mona and Carl and the rest of the staff will treat you like family, it's a wonderful cozy place. Check out the night sky - it's truly an amazing view. We are already looking forward to our trip back next year, my kids didn't want to leave.

Amazing spot! This was my first "glamping" experience (typically a tent camper), and it was so nice to have the amenities like gas stove, bunks, solar lights, and wood stove. Karl and Mona were fantastic hosts, who were available for any/all questions about our stay. The yurt is totally private (2 miles up the mountain on a private road from the main lodge area), so perfect spot to get away. The aspens were awesome!

Ute Lodge was lovely and welcoming! It was a perfect place with delightful smells of pine, fun places for the kids to play, and lots of opportunity for adventure and recreation. Mona and Carl were welcoming and made you feel like part of their family. Enjoy your time! We did!

Mona and Carl were the perfect hosts. Because we arrived in late May before their cabins were occupied we got the grand tour. The camping spots were well maintained and had electric, water and a picnic table. It is a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our time thoroughly. There is miles of hiking right outside your door. It is roughly 30 miles outside of Meeker proper which we found perfect as there was no road noise and it was a serene atmosphere. Thanks again Mona and Carl, we will be back!
